ECC Application Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in applying for an All Blind Children of Texas grant. Before submitting your application, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified in the grant application. Applications from ineligible organizations or individuals will not be considered.
  2. Communication: After applications are submitted, applicants must be reasonably available by email or phone for correspondence from All Blind Children of Texas personnel. Slow or ineffective communication could result in the disqualification of the application.
  3. Accuracy of Information: All information provided in the application must be true and accurate. Misrepresentation or omission of information may result in disqualification of the application.
  4. Intellectual Property: By submitting an application, the applicant agrees that any intellectual property contained in the application, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets, will remain the property of the applicant. However, the applicant agrees to grant All Blind Children of Texas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the application and any intellectual property contained therein for evaluation, review, and selection purposes.
  5. Grant Award: All Blind Children of Texas reserves the right to select or reject any application, and to award the grant in whole or in part. All Blind Children of Texas is not obligated to provide a reason for any decision made.
  6. Use of Grant Funds: The grant funds must be used solely for the purposes outlined in the application. Any changes to the use of the funds must be approved by All Blind Children of Texas in writing.
  7. Reporting Requirements: Grant recipients must submit final reports as specified in the grant application. Failure to submit reports may result in forfeiture of the grant and/or ineligibility for future grants.
  8. Termination: The grant provider reserves the right to terminate the grant award if the recipient fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the grant, or if any information provided in the application is found to be untrue or inaccurate.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Travis County, Texas.
